An army school grad who believes in discipline and being expeditious. A studious HR professional possessing a decade over experience in institutional training and HR functions with organizations including WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, BMW PLATINO CLASSIC GREENPEPPER CONSULTING. She has handled areas involving recruitment, employee onboarding, training and end to end recruitment and driving training activities. She has handled the complete end-to-end Full Life-Cycle Recruiting including the scheduling of interviews, quality assurance of candidate resumes and acting as an active coordinator between the client and the candidate. An expert in sourced candidates from job portals like Monster, Naukri and LinkedIn as well as the existing candidate database, candidate reference and other social media. She was recognized in the corporate world for her key role in unearthing a major flaw in the shift management portal which helped in the smooth recovery of the paid amount from the employees. She has conducted various communication and personality development training in institutes of repute and an approved IELTS & PTE tutor. She was instrumental in setting up GEnx Academy and have created a large pool of tutors who has contributed to the same. Her ability in fostering a teamwork environment conducive to positive dialogue within the teams is the key factor in developing our team.
