Academic curriculum, learning material, evaluation and feedback criteria will be designed by the expert council of GEnxmy and the partner institution through which the course is provided
GEnxmy will conduct FDP, MDP, Management fest, Quiz programs, and Cultural competitions as part of promotion and provide opportunities for students and partner institutes
GEnxmy classes will be held across Kerala by identifying partner institutions with location advantages and commute and hostel facilities.

An expert pool identifies the passion and skills of students through psychometric analysis, and then a set of suitable courses are provided to the students. They can attend three classes, get certified and know which UG course suits them.
